The Course

Dive into the dynamics of successful team working with this course designed to transform you into a great team leader and player.

Over 4 weeks, for around 3+ hours per week, you will discover ideas and tools to help you get ahead at work.

What are some of the hidden processes that are taking place below-the-surface that may sabotage a team’s success? How could you help to get your team unstuck or working better?

During the course:

  • you start by looking at your self, developing self-reflection and exploring how you show up at work

  • moving on to other people and the relationships you have at work

  • you will then think about your role within the organisation

  • finally, you'll explore what happens in teams

This course explains some of the ideas, tools and models that we at the Institute have been exploring and adapting, to understand how groups and organisations really work.

If you're going through an emotional time, we recommend you wait before doing the course, as you may find it more difficult to take in the information and engage with the ideas.
