Introducing our online learning courses beginning with the relaunch of Team Working: How to succeed.
For over 75 years, the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations has blended cutting-edge research with practical applications to help individuals and organisations navigate collaboration, uncertainty, change and complexity at work.
We offer a comprehensive CPD portfolio of programmes, short courses, workshops and conferences, which now includes online learning courses.
Known for working with reality, including hidden and sometimes unconscious factors, we apply creative, psychodynamic and systems approaches to help organisations address their current challenges.
We are a UK not-for-profit organisation with charitable status, established in 1947.
"No matter how much we think we know, there's always more to learn. I can't help but think that this course should be a chapter in the book: 'Everything I Wish My Parents Had Taught Me - The Missing Manual for Thriving in Work and Life'
It's been an eye-opener."

Hi, I’m Rachel
I'm Rachel Kelly, a Principal and Consultant at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and Alexander Technique practitioner.
We want to create a series of very accessible online courses for everyone, based on Tavistock methodologies.
We at the Institute have been exploring and adapting these methodologies, to understand better how groups and organisations work.
All kinds of individuals, businesses, organisations and governments, in the UK and across the world, have benefited from these over the past 75+ years.
